As many may be aware, I primarily practice dermatology and aesthetic medicine. I founded Level Up Health and Wellness with a goal in mind to help others achieve goals for a healthier life. As of April 6, 2026, I have opened a new dermatology, aesthetic and wellness practice in beautiful Winchester, Kentucky. With this in mind, I will be CLOSING/TRANSITIONING Level Up Health and Wellness as of Friday, July 31, 2026 to be able to turn focus onto one business instead of managing the "business" side of two entities.
What does this mean for me?
I will STILL continue to help you on your wellness and weight loss journey, just through my new practice, Vitale Derm & Aesthetics. I will still continue to offer tele-health appointments OR you now have the option for in-person appointments. With the transition, our model is also changing to best serve our patients. Weight loss and other visits (not covered by insurance) will be $75 per visit, due at time of service. This does NOT include the cost of medication. Going forward, you will pay the pharmacy directly for any costs related to medications and supplies.
What do I need to do?
Going forward, you can schedule an appointment online by visiting www.vitalederm.com , choose "Book Online" then choose "Wellness Services" for your appointment type. You can select whichever appointment time works best for you. You will receive an appointment confirmation reminder which will ask for different details such as if you prefer in-person or telehealth as well as new consents, etc. to be signed for the new practice. We will also have you sign a medical record release to transfer your records from Level Up Health & Wellness to Vitale Derm & Aesthetics.
By combining Level Up Health into Vitale Derm & Aesthetics, I will be able to better accommodate you as I have a team that will be available to assist with questions, concerns, etc. If you choose not to transition, I completely understand and wish you the best on your journey!
