Based in Lexington, Kentucky. All services, with the exception of medical cannabis, are offered via virtual/telehealth appointments. In office visits (required for initial medical cannabis consultation) are conducted in person in our office location located conveniently located in Hamburg in the evening and weekends(off exit 108, I-75). Other services also offered in person in the evening and weekends.

We do NOT accept any health insurance plans. All services provided are "cash based." Due to federal laws and regulations we are also unable to provide services to members who are enrolled in Medicare or Medicaid government health insurance programs.

We are able to accept cash as well as all major checking, credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, etc.). Payments are processed through a secure online payment gateway.

Medications are shipped directly to our members from trusted pharmacies. Some medications can be prescribed to your pharmacy of choice if you prefer, depending on medication.

We understand that life happens however we do ask you to please provide a 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment which can be conveniently done online. If you miss your appointment you will be subject to a $100 non-refundable deposit to reschedule your appointment.

Services can be delivered via telehealth or in-person providing you the convenience of health optimization from the convenience of your home, office, or even car with minimal disruption to your already busy life! We are dedicated to providing services to our members in an efficient and convenient fashion. 

At this time we are only licensed to provide services to members located in Kentucky.

All visits can be conducted via telehealth or in person with the exception of the initial medical cannabis encounter.

After your visit with your provider, if labs are necessary you will receive a lab order in your patient portal or e-mail. You will go to the closest LabCorp facility to have your labs completed at your convenience.

Members have the option for visits to be conducted in our office or from anywhere of your convenience via telehealth. We understand that telehealth is not for everyone that is why you can come in for your visit if you prefer!
